Placed my order and waited at the drive thru window for at least 10 minutes and then the Girl came out and apologized and handed me a hot drink when I had ordered and iced latte, and then she just closed the window after I had mentioned I ordered a iced Spanish latte, so I continue to wait. She then came back opened the window gave me the drink and slammed the window shut . Didnβt say anything didnβt apologize. Didnβt offer to make it right. Nothing terrible. Customer service will not be coming back to this coffee bean. Bummer. Because every other coffee mean. Iβve been to. Itβs usually great customer service.

I just asked for a regular ice cappuccino but the service girl couldnβt stop asking me for what variations of cappuccino I wanted, totally annoying.

Just had the most obnoxiously rude experience at this location. Forget the concept of social skills, the person taking my order and at the window needs to find a new career. Something that doesn't involve interacting with humans. I ordered 2 chai tea lattes and they were watered down and tasted horrible. This isn't a coffee bean issue, they typically make great chai, this is the employees working issue. I parked my vehicle, walked in and waited and was finally greeted by a rude career barista who seems to hate her job. I firmly stated I needed a refund and she decided to attempt to degrade me by stating this isn't Starbucks and I don't know what chai is supposed to taste like. I have drank chai tea in Tibetan cafes while assisting Vaishnava monks to learn English. This career barista has traveled as far as the local Junior College she dropped out of 12 years ago to take a barista class. I realized trying to have an adult conversation was going nowhere fast so I shut up, got my refund and went to an awesome new coffee shop that is actually grateful to have employees in the same shopping center

For the years I have been coming here Iβve never had a single bad experience with them. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, if something is wrong, they take accountability and fix your order. I end up leaving very satisfied and happy every single time. The restrooms are clean and so is the dining area inside. My regular order is the cookie butter latte with almond or oat milk, it taste delicious. It has a perfect amount of flavor and sweetness. The coffee is also a really good strength since I like my coffee on the stronger side. None of the drinks are ever watered down or filled with ice like starbucks. I also love having the app because you get amazing deals.

I come here pretty regularly for the past couple of years, but lately the consistency has been lacking. Today I ordered my usual large matcha latte and the cup wasn't even full. π I've also had issues with the ratio of milk to matcha and cross contamination. I usually preorder on the app and run out, so I never really notice until I'm driving away.
